Repairing / replacing a corroded flue

Property address is 42 Puataata Rd, Turangi. This is a 60s Lockwood house. A recent building inspection highlighted that the flue is corroded and that it needs repairing / replacing. At this stage I'm gathering quotes to support contract negotiations, if the sale proceeds then I'd like to have this job done between December 2021 and February 2022.
