I have a free standing log burner in my lounge. I want the log burner and harth removed and the ceiling and roof where the flu goes through patched. The log burner was installed two years ago so is a relatively new model. The house I want it removed from is a single story dwelling built in 1948 with a rolled steel roof and plaster ceilings.
