(2) Each of the following is an unacceptable heater: (a) an open fire: (b) an unflued combustion heater: (c) if the required heating capacity for the living room is greater than 2.4 kW, an electric heater. (3) In this regulation,— electric heater means an electric heater that is not a fixed heat pump fixed heat pump means a heat pump that is permanently wired into the premises' electrical system.
