Disconnect Fireplace

Hi there, We have a purchased a property which has a condition that the fireplace is removed prior to settlement. Hence, we are looking for a certified tradesman to remove the fireplace ASAP or prior to 20 January 2021. We will also need a document signing off that it has been removed. Only the fireplace needs to be disconnected and removed. No changes to roof/flue etc. We may reinstall the fireplace at a later date, but require it to be disconnected/removed prior to moving in.
