Hi Everyone. I am looking for a heatpump to be installed in my rental property. The size of the living area is 4mx4.6m the whole house is approx 60sqm. There is no roof cavity and the house is a unit with a house on each side. Looking at prices for fixed floor heater or fixed to wall. Apparently it needs 2kw to bring it up to the healthy homes standard.
