Heat Pump Repair - LG
Job description
LG Heatpump - does the light flashing 5 times thing when I turn it on but nothing else. Turned off external and internal elements. It then appears to start but does not heat and concerned about internal pump sounds a little noisy. Turn it off and then it repeats behaviour.. 5 light flashes indicates issue with external element according to manual.

Turned up promptly and when said they would with good notice, clear communication on the issue and approach to deal with it and competitive price all in a pleasant manner. Also dealt with the Covid work issues properly. What's not to like? Nice when things just happen well as they should do with minimum fuss.
