Remove wood burner and fireplace

We have an old wood burner & chimney on a plinth with a heat shield behind attached to the wall. We would like all this to be removed and the hole in the cieling repaired and painted white to blend in. There's no need to remove the external chimney or repair the roof because a new roof is scheduled.
