Travis is amazing. This job, assessing heat pump options and installation, was dealt with in an incredibly professional manner throughout. Multiple sites visits were conducted to prepare for the job, time invested up front gave us informed options. Communication with all stakeholders (locally based and overseas) was fab, we were kept informed via email and phone. Service was totally amazing. Unexpected costs that occurred were communicated and then very fairly dealt with. Highly recommended!
