I had this company to install 3 heat pumps. I was happy with everything untill I used air conditioner for cooling. Massive water leaks inside my house. The installation man was smelling intoxicated on the day. Called Panasonic about it and was told to get unit serviced. Service technician found a cracked drain and squashed pipe. Bad workmanship and unnecessarily paying someone to service and fix unit.

We offer a workmanship and installation warranty and if you made contact with us as soon as you found a fault, this would if been rectified free of charge however you chose someone else to come out and have a look and this will be at your cost you. We will not be reimbursing you as requested because it's clear in our terms and conditions and on the invoice about our warranty details. Wishing you all the best Thanks"
