New ducting and grille installation for existing ducted heat pump

We have an existing 14kW Toshiba ducted heat pump installed a number of years ago. Ductwork is underfloor (we have a Villa with access below floor level). Recent renovations have meant that 2 of the 3 return ducts (and associated grilles) are no longer available. We need to cut in and install new floor mounted return grilles with filter and re-run / connect return air ductwork to these new grilles. Ideally to occur as soon as possible due to no heating currently available.
