Replace coal range with New wood burner

Sadly the coal range is not repairable. I've been told it's buckled. I've purchased a Yucon Oscar wood burner with flue and metal hearth.
I'd like a quote (not estimate) to dismantle and remove the coal range and install wood burner please. I spoke to Hutt City Council and was told it shouldn't need a permit if it's a replacement.
