Re-attach fire heat shield to ceiling

The heat shield which fits around the fire flue at the ceiling fell down. There was only one 40mm screw in it!! It looks like the outer flue liner may have dropped 50mm as well. I can see a loose Tex screw to one side of the flue. Problem is, the flue goes through the roof 7.5m above the floor! 😬 The ceiling is 10mm gib I think and the shield has a flange return of 18mm so the one screw wasn't holding on by much. There maybe no other timber to screw to so gib toggles may need to be fitted in each corner. The plans show the layout of the room. You'd need a scaffold with a working platform at about 6.0m
