Installation of new woodburner (no wetback)

I would like a woodburner installed into my 70's home in Waihi. I have a lowish pitch tiled roof which may mean some flexibility on my part about locating position. I would appreciate some assistance with the consent/paperwork as far as plans and flue through roof goes. Otherwise looks straightforward. The fire I have in mind is a Masport Minos 2 currently on sale with free flue kit at Mitre 10 so would like to take up this offer while is current. Very flexible to timing of job. Thanks
