Job description
We need a quote for Supply & Install a Heat Pump- Supply 5.35kw, Inline bathroom extraction fan through Soffit single level - equivalent SKU:10380, Robinhood Wall Canopy Rangehood 600mm S/S through soffit single level - Similar or equivalent to RWC3CL6SS, On-Ground Moisture Barrier (GVB) Once all the required work is carried out we will need certification that the installs carried out meet the New Healthy Homes Standards set out by the Government. These are due to take effect this year.

Vapour barrier was done promptly, the extractor fan in the kitchen & bathroom we done correctly. But what a drama to install the heat-pump. Even after they conducted a site visit before providing the quote, the install was carried out with out asking me where the unit was to be installed so it had to be remove and re-installed. After text comms that i would not be charged, i got an invoice with an over charge. I was even threatened about payment & servicing of the unit. Very unprofessional Co.
