Rangehood ducting

I have recently installed a new range hood. The old flue/ducting doesn't fit so I require either an adapter made or new ducting made to fit the new rangehood and existing ceiling hole. The rangehood has a 15cm diameter round outlet and the ceiling hole cut in a fibrous plaster ceiling is rectangular. The range hood outlet hole does not directly align with the ceiling hole. I still have the old ducting which might fit if I could get a suitable adaptor made.
