Replacing Firebricks and flu

Some of the Firebricks in the fireplace are cracked and the grate is missing some teeth and is starting to show signs of deterioration and cracking. The lead flashing around the chimney (where it penetrates the roof) needs re-sealing and the roofing iron around the flue needs attention.
