We have heating in Livingroom/Kitchen & a pallet fireplace in the second lounge. Upstairs Bedroom has heat pump not working. House gets condensation since there is no heating in any rooms downstairs. Received a quote for 7.1kw downstairs (hallway) and 3.7kw upstairs (Master Bedroom). Is there another alternative option to heat up the back rooms and Upstairs which can be cheaper than $4500? In addition, what would be the most effective (operating cost) and supply and install cost for venting the house? House plans attached Regards
