Second hand Pallet Fire Install & Complianace

I need to add an additional 4kw of heating into my house. I've been offered a second hand pallet fire which i would like to know if it would be suitable to install into my home. The fire was manufactured in 2005 and puts out 9.6 kw and has the flu coming out the back. I've attached a picture of the sticker on it. I would like a new power run to be made from the fire location back to the mains board, approx 7m run max with a new breaker installed. There is access under the house behind the fireplace (it's in a drop down floor). Not too complicated. An old wood burner fire would need to be de-installed but i believe the Flu can be reused. May need a size change. All of this needs to be certified if required. Currently the house is tenanted.
