Toshiba heat pump repair

Heat pump turns on and works fine when it's on cool air, but doesn't heat up when changing settings to a hotter function. So seems to be an issue with the heating side of it. I would just like a qoute for someone to look at it and figure out what the issue is. If any info can be given on potential issues and costs to repair beforehand that would be great, but appreciate it probably needs to be looked at to be figured out. Thanks
