To get heat pump working again

The townhouse is under offer and the heat pump needs to be working if and when the sale goes unconditional. The Real Estate agent has tried to reset the heat pump twice but, in her words, has encountered a red flashing lock 'emoji'. I live in Nelson so cannot go to the townhouse to check this out.

Nick is very accommodating, he went above and beyond to get the heatpump fixed and he did a great job. I would definitely use Subzero Electricals again and definitely recommend Nick and his company if you have ANY heatpump issues.
