Woodburner Install - Otane

Hi, I need to replace my existing freestanding woodburner. I would like someone to come and have a look to see if the woodburner I want will fit using the existing holes for the flue. I will then purchase the appropriate woodburner. I will need someone to remove the existing woodburner and hearth and install the new ones. If you could deal with the Council permit too, that would be great.
