The Rinnai heat pump itself is a really cool heat pump and I recommend to others to install this one. I recommend not to install through this company. This company was fast at installing (then they got the money) but when it came to it breaking within six months it took them 3months to send someone to fix it. Promising me week after week that they'll come 'next week' costing me additional money in time off work. They only resolved the issue when I began the 'Consumer Acts' process.
