Heatpump was working but has suddently stopped

Our heatpump after we moved into our new house has stopped working, it now only blows the fan under some settings. We have turned off at exterior wall and tried to reset on internal unit but eitherway does not resolve issue. This was working 2 weeks ago on 30 degrees full speed. Looking for someone to diagnose and repair if possible. Brand of heatpump is: ODenki? Model OSD-12Q Split Type Inverter
