Supply and install Heat pump (not straight forward)

Healthy homes requirement. Looking for a heat pump supply and install in the circled area of the floor plan. Two issues to contend with: 1. This is a level one apartment. The wall the unit will be installed on backs onto a service lane. The outdoor unit may need to be attached to the wall at height if the ducting run to ground level is too long. I can arrange scaffolding if needed. 2. The wall is double brick, 1920s style. Extra care to be taken to seal extruding pipes etc
