Heat pump for rental property

Hi. I am looking to get a heat pump installed in the lounge of a rental property in Kingsland. I don't have the room dimensions handy, but the lower storey of the house is around 50 square metres - and includes a bedroom, kitchen and entry lobby. I'm looking for a reasonably priced unit ... to keep tenants happy and meet the Healthy Home Standards. I am also interested in getting a small electrical heater installed on the wall in the bathroom - nothing fancy, but feel free to chase the job if you're only interested in doing the heat pump.
