Heatpump installation

I have purchased a Hitachi split system hi-wall heatpump (5kw cooling 6kw heating). The wall unit is to be approx 5 meters away from the outside unit (i.e. the length of refrigeration piping required is around 5m). I can mount the indoor and outdoor units and run electrical feed on a separate circuit myself. I'm looking for AC tradesman to supply and install AC piping and conduit, evacuate/charge the system and start the unit. I have another unit to be installed in a different property in West Auckland, similar deal. I understand that exact quote is not possible but I'm looking range/estimate. Also please indicate whether you can do the work after 5pm or weekends Thanks in advance, Matthew.
