I have 2 water radiating heater where the white round controller valve next to the heater does not turn off the radiating hater, when the controller is put on "0". Something to do with the valve that might need attention. The Main Controller is gas, all the heaters (total 4) turn off from the Main controller. All pictures are provided. Thank you
