Ross was very prompt in providing a quote and once we have decided, he even managed to fit our job in before Christmas. The work was done very quickly and the room was left in a tidy state every evening. Everything was to an excellent standard except the floorboards which look a bit less tidy. Though it's probably premature to judge as we haven't had them polished yet.
