Remove Wood Burner & Cap Chimney

Hi, we have a working wood burner but looking for someone to pretty much cap the chimney so we can remove tiles, wood fascia and the wood burner and expose the brick - then eventually in future add an electric fireplace and gain back a bit of space in the lounge. For this quote I just need a price to cap chimney and pull out current wood burner. Thanks!
