A couple of small jobs required

Hi Team, I would like someone to come and Wet and Forget my terrace - approximately 7m x 4m, concrete. I have the product, but don't want to do it myself. I also want to have a small wall in the bathroom taken out so I can recess my washing machine into the space, as it backs on to a hall cupboard that I would close off from he hall side.
