Painting (fairly minimal), maintenance bits and pieces

We need painting of one bedroom wall, a toilet and cornices and ceiling in a bathroom, a couple of minor patches elsewhere. Would also like a price/indication/guestimate of cost to repaint the hall (to lighten it up), but would likely not do this immediately. Fix a kitchen cupboard hinge, and if possible glue kitchen shelve edges that are coming loose. Look for and advise any other maintenance that needs to be addressed. Ideally this would be done shortly after resident moves out, approx 23 October. Can arrange access to quote in the meantime
