Fill a hole on the wall in kitchen

We have removed an old rangehood / fan in the kitchen in our rental and the new rangehood vent didn’t cover the hole . We need somebody to fill the hole with insulation or foam and close up the wall with wood etc. make it look good . We are opened to any suggestion
