Last few tasks on a lounge/kithcen reno

I need skirting and scotia's installed. I need my range hood installed (I have purchased one but will need a ducting. Plug point is already installed). I need the kick boards installed in the kitchen, I have those also. There are 2x holes in the ceiling where the old light were if those could be plastered up. Can provide pictures if you need. Thanks
