Dog door into garage wall, Hokitika

Looking for someone to help install a dog door into my garage wall (a new build house with gib lined walls and Hardie board I think on the outside?). Into the garage door would also be an option but it has 2 double glazed panels an the dog is too tall for it to fit in the lower panel I think. But open to suggestions? I have the dog door already purchased. Its for a large dog so about a 40cm tall opening. In Hokitika.
