Window replacement

1.0 Scope of work 1.1 Windows W1 & W2 are timber window frames rotting at the sill & on the lower frame. They need repair or need to be replaced. 1.2 Repair needs to be basic only so that the 2 side windows can be opened and the centre pane is sealed and secure to the weather. 1.3 Provide me a quote to either repair or replace both windows. 1.4 I will paint after repairs completed, if the timber windows is retained. 1.5 Dimensions for both windows is 1800mm wide x 1300mm high.
