Assembly of Hills Heritage Rotary Hoist 7 line 50m Galvanized clothesline

We have an existing concreted clothesline, however we've had to get new wire to replace the old. It needs rethreading and put back into the hoist. We don't have the tools or strength to tighten each wire. It's one of the biggest clotheslines available.
