Change window handles and small roof clean
Job description
I have a few jobs to be done at my property: - remove old silver window handles (pictured) which have burred screws. We tried with our own drill but this will require someone with the right tools - add new Yale black window handles and handle wedges. I have done one handle so there are 11 left to do. I’ve already bought the handles - but need you to supply the right size handle wedges as the Yale 4mm wedges were too large - clean rust from small walk on roof and seal/paint with similar grey color (please also check if there are any areas which could be causing any leaks) - clear gutter from small walk on roof If you are only able to do 1 of the jobs such as the handles please let me know as I’m keen to get these done. Thanks
