General handyman for various jobs
Job description
We're looking at tidying up our 70's house to get it ready for sale.there's a number of jobs that require some electrical and plumbing skills like: -removing a broken heatpump.(powerd off at switchboard) -deinstalling an old,and installing a new bathroom vanity. -new bathroom and kitchen fixtures. -fix a leaky drain on kitchen sink. -install new faceplates on lightswitches and power outlets. -remove an old,and install a new kitchen extraction hood. -remove old bathroom extraction fan and heater,and install new ones. -install new lights in bathroom and hallway. All jobs have existing cabling/plumbing and it's mainly about swapping old vs new.there will be a number more jobs down the track like puttying and cleaning up older window frames,painting jobs,basic woodwork and generall renovations.ideally we're looking for an all round handyman on an hourly base, with the required skills,good availabilty over the next weeks/months who is also good with our two very friendly,but curious and excited boxerdogs.due to our work schedules,afternoon work after 4pm mon-friday would be good,or preferably saturday work would be best.
