Exterior house clean and minor repairs

Wash exterior of 90square meter house including down pipes and gutters (roof does not need cleaning). Just the windows and painted parts of the exterior walls need washing (not the unpainted parts visible in the photo). It’s partially 2story on one side/corner above the garage (see photo). The back is all single story. Tighten two wooden spindles on the exterior veranda railing (they are visible in the photo).
