Fixing my whole apartment unit! Need urgent maintenance!

Hi there, I have just moved into a new apartment and the whole unit needs urgent upgrading as the previous owner did not maintain the unit properly. The following work needs to be completed: - Hot water cylinder (seismic strapping, gib lining, build up and corrosion) - Remove rust on the balcony doors - Mounting for the extraction vent situated on the balcony - Proper mounting for the toilet seat - Sealing cracks and gaps - Fixing all the doors in the room - Fixing damaged walls (holes and cracks) inside the bathroom, especially behind the vanity tap - Fixing damaged walls in the living room - holes and cracks - Fixing cracked tile on the kitchen - Fixing bedroom floor that connects to the balcony - paint is coming off... I cannot add a pdf file of the builders report which display areas in the apartment that need fixing. Can provide you with this if requested. Thanks
