Hi there - we have a number of bits and pieces from the builders report that we'd like to get sorted before we move in. These include: - repairing and sealing batten - sealing vent - replacing hinges - seal and plug junctions of weatherboard and windows - tighten trim around windows - treat flashings with rust neutraliser - replace bytenol membrane on small roof section - refix pan head nails on some roofing sections - replace french door sill - build a gib wall and install doors in master bedroom to house a closet Detailed builders report available during quote process
