Handy man required

I am looking for someone to do various job around an apartment we have as a rental in Te Aro. I would like to find someone who I can call on in an ongoing capacity with minor repair type work. The first tasks required currently are taking down the old dryer off the wall & installing the new one in the same place (I don't know if the same bracket will work will need you to figure this out my skills are limited) and replacing 4 hinges on kitchen cupboard doors which have aged and no longer work properly (again not sure type etc you will need to be able to figure out type and purchase and then I will reimburse costs) . Would expect to pay an hourly rate to be agreed prior to work commencing. I will not be onsite however will give our tenants details to liaise with on timings.
