Ceiling Patch/paint and fan ducting

2 easy jobs in my rentals, just can't get to Wellington to sort and need completed Thursday 21 November. Jobs are 1) Extending a bathroom extractor fan from the subfloor (walking height, no need to crawl) to the exterior weatherboards. Pic one shows fan type, pic 2 under the house. Will need to supply about 4m ducting and vent 2) plaster and patch ceiling leak - leak has been repaired just mould forming on gib (pic 3) about 30cm patch above pantry. Will need patch/plaster and some ceiling flat white. Properties tenanted but access easy
