As we prep to paint we have found swollen sills inside and around existing aluminium frames outside. We would like them replaced. We also have some other finishing that needs to be done inside - trims around windows and skirting that we have not done since gibbing/insulating. We are out of steam with 2 little kids and jobs so need someone to get these things sorted for us. Not too worried about when just need to know it will be done.
