bathroom extractor fans and general repairs

The bathroom needs a extractor fans for the mould control. One electrician advised that a builder or roofer is needed as there is no celling in bathroom to fit fan. The kitchen window handle was the only handle on the right hand side window, the gap is getting bigger. The rack in the bathroom that hangs off the wall keeps falling down.
