Job description
We need someone to inspect one or more rental properties in central Wellington for overseas family coming to Wellington in January. Person would have to coordinate appointment time with owner, compare description of ad with actual property, note discrepancies in ad, flaws (poor location, poor maintenance, smell of dampness, mold, potential plumbing electric issues etc.), take 10-20 pictures of house, views from house. Provide 1 page summary of observations and/or summary by Skype. We don't require certified inspector, just someone familiar with different building trades and eye for old houses. $50-75NZ per visit
