Repair & Re-floor External Entry (Back Door)

Looking for a qualified tradie to repair and re-floor a damaged section of flooring at the external back door entry. A leak near the door has caused a hole to form in the flooring. The leak has been addressed, and we now need the affected area repaired and re-floored to a tidy, durable finish suitable for an external entry area. Photos of the damage are attached.
