Most urgent thing: rotting doorstep. I explored the extent of the rot with a screwdriver and fixing it properly seems beyond me. May require some replacement wood, particularly at far right-hand side (see photo focused on right-hand extreme).
Good if the same person/company could also fix the door that won't open or shut easily. Main problem is probably alignment. The right-hand door doesn't close well into the original snib placed at the bottom. And unless it is firmly snibbed, the second door can't close against it. At the same time, good if stiff hinges driven out and lubricated, I can't move them.

"Very sound work by Jay, thanks. Great that he had the skills to immediately know what to do when the job grew a bit bigger. Pleasant and straightforward to deal with. I'll go straight to this company again if I have similar work in future. Schedule and comms rated down a bit just because work started a couple of weeks later than expected."
