Maintenance fix ups from building report

I've just recently had a building report done & as a result have a few areas of qconcern to be remedied. One is replacing corroded bolts under my deck. Another is assessing whether some of the weatherboards on the south side of the property are degraded (or just need new paint work. If degraded I'd need this fixed) and the 3rd is reattaching a hanging chair to a hook we have in the ceiling, as the rope holding it up broke.
