Part of an existing timber floor and substructure in the kitchen is in poor condition and needs to be replaced in readiness for flooring contractor to lay new vinyl flooring. Remove existing compromised flooring back to acceptable ‘solid’ structure. Replace with appropriately treated structure and floor lining ready for new vinyl flooring.
